First stays come with questions. Here are the ones we’re asked most, answered plainly.
How does check-in work?
It’s contactless and self-service. You’ll get what you need before you arrive, and you can let yourself in at any hour. No front desk to catch, no queue after a long drive from the Cities, no problem if the roads are slow in February.
Is there really no one on site?
There’s always someone reachable. Call 218-963-3500 or text 218-656-7881 and you’ll get a local person who knows the property and the area. Contactless means convenient, not unsupported.
How many people can a room sleep?
It depends on the room. Our king rooms suit two. Double queen rooms and family suites comfortably sleep four to six. Every room shows its maximum occupancy when you search your dates, so there’s no guesswork.
Do rooms have kitchens?
Nearly every room and suite has a kitchenette — fridge, microwave, somewhere to make coffee. If you want a full kitchen, the Round Lake King Patio Suite (Room 106) has one, which makes it the best choice for longer stays.
Is parking included?
Yes. Free, on-site, right outside, with room for a boat trailer.
What about the pool, hot tub and sauna?
All indoor, all open year-round, all included. Bring flip-flops and use the pool towels rather than the room ones.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes. The Gull Lake ADA King (rooms 115 and 117) is set up for accessibility. If you have specific requirements, contact us before booking and we’ll make sure you get the right room.
Are you pet friendly?
Some rooms are. Toggle “pet friendly” when you search and we’ll only show you rooms that welcome them.
Any rooms with a jacuzzi?
Two. The Cullen Lake Jacuzzi King and the Whitefish Jacuzzi King — the Whitefish suite also has its own private deck.
